Turnaround Times

*All orders will be shipped with the longest turnaround time in mind.*

Meaning if you have several ready made items plus a made to order item they will all ship with the made to order turnaround timeframe.

As these pieces are already made they will be shipped as soon as possible, within 7 days.

Due to the nature of made to order products there is a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Unless a specific timeframe has been stated in the product description.

Due to the nature of personalised and customised pieces these have a turnaround time of up to four weeks as they are made to order plus shipping time. Unless a specific timeframe has been stated in the product description.

Any item that is a pre-order will show the shipping date in product description. These items will be sent on or by that date - please allow regular shipping timeframes after the date provided.

 

Christmas 2023 Pre-Orders: Available to pre-order from Wednesday 27th, Sep at 5pm (AEST) to Sunday 1st, Oct at 5pm (AEST) OR until sold out! As these are Pre-orders they will be fulfilled and shipped from the 31st October 2023.
