Turnaround Times

*All orders will be shipped with the longest turnaround time in mind.*

Meaning if you have several ready made items plus a made to order item they will all ship with the made to order turnaround timeframe.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 days under normal circumstances. During peak seasons - Christmas - this can sometimes take a smidge longer.

Please note: Choosing express shipping does not speed up our dispatch process. It only makes delivery faster once your parcel is with Australia Post.

As these pieces are already made they will be shipped as soon as possible, within 7 days.

Due to the nature of made to order products there is a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Unless a specific timeframe has been stated in the product description.

Due to the nature of personalised and customised pieces these have a turnaround time of up to four weeks as they are made to order plus shipping time. Unless a specific timeframe has been stated in the product description.

Any item that is a pre-order will show the shipping date/timeframe in product description. These items will be sent on or by that date - please allow regular shipping timeframes after the date provided.

 

Christmas 2025 Pre-Orders: 

Batch {I} : Fulfilled and shipped from Early October 2025.

Batch {II} : Fulfilled and shipped from Mid-November 2025.
